How to use the moisture meter

To get started using the Flower Care sensor, first download the app "Flower Care” by scanning the QR code on the packaging. Once the app is installed, synchronize it with the sensor and register the Latin name of the plant in which you want to place the meter. When the sensor is placed in the plant's soil, you are ready to read and get a precise overview of how it is doing and what it is missing.

The Plant Care sensor is waterproof and has a battery that lasts up to 365 days. The associated app, "Flower Care", is compatible with both Android and iOS. The meter uses 1 pc. CR2032 battery, which is included in the product. The size of the meter is 132 x 24.5 x 12.5 mm.

How do I use the moisture meter?

It is easy and simple to use the Plant Care sensor. On the back of the packaging you will find a QR code you can scan to download the "Flower Care" app. When you open the app, place your phone next to the plant sensor so they can synchronize. Then you register the Latin name of the plant in which you want to place the plant sensor. When you have placed the plant sensor in the plant's soil, you are now ready to read and get a precise overview of how it is doing and what it is missing.

Switch Plant

If you want to use the plant sensor in another plant, this is also possible. Use the "Switch Plant" function, which you find by pressing the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen. You can then put the plant sensor in the new plant, and read measurements and needs for this particular plant.

The sensor is not damaged by being in damp environments, and can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors. However, be aware that it is not optimal for the sensor to sit outdoors all year round.
