How to grow microgreens - simple and easy

Are you ready to get started growing your own micro green? It only takes a few steps to grow microgreens at home:

1. Prepare the tray: Fill a growing tray with a thin layer of growing medium, such as coconut mould or soil.
2. Sow the seeds: Spread the seeds evenly and press them lightly into the growing medium.
3. Keep moist: Spray with water daily and cover the tray until the seeds germinate (2-3 days).
4. Switch on the light: Remove the cover and place the tray under the LED grolys for optimal growth.
5. Harvest: Cut the sprouts after 7-14 days, rinse them and enjoy them in your dishes!
