- Make sure you have a suitable sprouting tray, something well drained coconut flour and your organic red radish seeds.
- Spread the soil evenly in the tray and moisten it lightly.
- So spread the radish seeds evenly over the surface of the soil.
- Cover the seeds lightly with a thin layer of coconut soil.
- Keep the soil moist but not waterlogged.
- Place the container in a place with plenty of light, but without direct sunlight.
- If you don't have a bright place you can use one grolys lamp.
- After 8-12 days your radishes should have sprouted into suitable microgreens.
- Harvest by cutting the sprouts near the soil surface.
- Add to salads, sandwiches or use as a flavorful topping.
- Enjoy your home-grown, crunchy microgreens.
