Growing chickpea sprouts:
Growing chickpeas at home is easy and only requires simple tools such as a sprouting glass or a sprouting tray.
Follow these steps to grow your own chickpeas:
- Rinse the chickpea seeds thoroughly and remove any impurities.
- Soak the seeds in a bowl of cold water for 8-12 hours.
- Drain the water and rinse the seeds again.
- Place the drained seeds in a germination tray or a germination glass.
- After 4-12 days you will see fresh chickpea sprouts, ready to harvest and enjoy.
