Tagetes, narrow-lobed – Appelsintagetes, “Orange”
Tagetes tenuifolia is a beautiful low flowering herb with a lovely fresh scent of orange.
Both the flowers and the leaves can be enjoyed as a breath of fresh air for fried vegetables, fish, salads or on cakes and desserts, etc.
Can be grown both indoors on the windowsill or outdoors in e.g. pot or balcony box, extremely suitable for smart garden.
Dried leaves can also be used for tea mixtures.
Height approx.: 25cm
Flowers: June – October
Approx. 50 pcs. seeds in a packet.
Place sunny and warm in light, nutrient-rich soil with regular water supply. After sowing, the soil is kept moist until germination is well under way.
