Smooth-leaved Parsley seeds
The smooth-leafed parsley seeds are perfect for home production of smooth-leafed parsley seeds as either microgreens or as sprouts. Smooth-leaved Parsley is one of the classic herbs in Danish cuisine. The plant, like oregano, also originates originally from the Mediterranean area, but it can also grow in other places, and is very winter hardy. Both smooth-leaved Parsley sprouts and microgreens are perfect for cooking. There are almost endless uses for parsley, you can use it for parsley tea, for the classic roast pork with parsley sauce, to make parsley salad with it and for much, much more. The seeds should preferably be stored dry and cool.
Remember to add liquid BIG A+B fertilizer during growth for maximum yield.

Cultivation instructions for Parsley plants
- Sowing: April-June outside / All year round indoors
- Sowing depth: 0.5 cm
- Plant distance: 15 cm
- Row spacing: 40 cm
- Germination time: 3-5 weeks outdoors
- Germination temperature: 10-20°C
- Irrigation: Keep the soil evenly moist, water extra after harvesting
- Harvest: From approx. 2 months after sowing
- Location: Sunny, well-drained soil
- Cultivation advice: Thrives best in a moist, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Must be watered during drought.
