Growth Technology Formulex is possibly the best known nutrient for raising young plants. While Formulex is excellent for seedlings and cuttings that are starting to need nourishment, it is also ideal for all vegetative soil-grown plants and even works in hydro systems. Formulex is particularly effective as a foliar fertiliser. It is mild but very effective!

This is how Formulex works: Growth Technology Formulex is a highly versatile 1-component mineral fertiliser that contains a complete nutrient profile and is ideal for young plants. Formulex contains everything seedlings and cuttings need for their first fertiliser.

Although Formulex is usually used for plants in their early stages, it can actually be used throughout the vegetative phase for both soil- and hydro-cultivated plants.

Formulex is formulated so that it does not require pH adjustment with most types of water. Formulex is also excellent as foliar fertiliser!

Instructions for use

Growth Technology Formulex is a versatile fertiliser that can be used on seedlings, cuttings, young plants and vegetative plants up to the flowering stage. It is effective for plants grown in all media and systems.

Agriculture:

  • Frequency: Once a week.
  • Dosage for SoilAdd 5 ml Formulex per litre of water. Mix well before use.

Hydroponics:

  • Frequency: At each reservoir change, as needed.
  • Dosage for HydroponicsUse 10 ml Formulex per litre of reservoir water. Mix thoroughly before use.

Foliar fertiliser:

  • Frequency: As needed.
  • Dosage for Foliar fertiliserAdd 5 ml Formulex per litre of water. Mix well and spray the leaves of the plant thoroughly on both the top and underside.

General tips:

  • Shake wellShake the bottle thoroughly before use to ensure even distribution of nutrients.
  • Avoid light burn: Spray the plants under low light or just after the lights are switched off to avoid leaf burn.
  • Careful with light: Avoid spraying liquid on the light sources to prevent damage or hazards.
